We process and ship orders with care and efficiency to ensure timely delivery across Europe.

Orders are typically shipped the same day they are placed. Delivery times vary by location: within the Benelux, delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days. For other European countries, delivery may take up to 5 business days.

All shipments are handled via DHL and include tracking information, which will be provided once the order is dispatched. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Within the Netherlands, the shipping fee is €5, while orders shipped outside the Netherlands within Europe carry a flat shipping fee of €10.

In the rare event that a package is lost or significantly delayed, we will reach out to the customer directly to resolve the issue promptly.​​
