Digital products, such as access to our supplier platform, are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access upon purchase, all sales of digital goods are final. By completing your order, you acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal for these products.

For physical items like our mystery clothing boxes, customers are entitled to return the product within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and properly packaged. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 1-5 business days through the Wix platform. In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback or refund claim.


Digital Product Deduction Policy
When purchasing a Mystery Box, customers receive the “5 Suppliers Bundle” (digital product) free of charge, with a stated value of €17.95.
If the Mystery Box is returned within the applicable return period, the value of the delivered digital product (€17.95) will be deducted from the total refund amount, as digital products cannot be returned once delivered.
